Conflicts are part of daily life. Conflict nonetheless has a special importance for human beings. It raises the very real possibility of change. It means, sometime violence also develops positives result. But we should know how to manage conflict without resorting to violence and some thing new is possible only on peace.
There are a number of conflicts namel self-conflict, conflict with family, friends, officials and etc. In my opinion, relaxation is one of the best ways to overcome conflict. Seaside walk or a jog in the park would be ideal ways of relaxation.
